With an impressive career spanning over 20 years, Gary is a seasoned professional in facility management, specializing in both self-performing and vendor relationships for a global Fortune 500 company. His extensive experience has equipped him with a profound understanding of the intricacies involved in maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of large-scale facilities.
In his previous role, Gary’s responsibilities were pivotal in managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) for a substantial budget of $15 million. His expertise lies in optimizing operational processes, reducing costs, and ensuring seamless coordination between in-house teams and external vendors. Through strategic planning and effective resource management, Gary has consistently delivered exceptional results, contributing to the overall success and cost savings for the organization.

With a long-standing family background in Construction and Development, Patrick is proud to passionately continue this legacy by helping both National and Regional clients with their expansion needs.
Patrick has established a diverse network of business savvy intellectuals, entrepreneurs and industry professionals. Because of these highly proficient networks, it allows Patrick to work seamlessly for various organizations. Over the years, Patrick has worked on projects from Oregon to Pennsylvania and the land in between. Patrick is most passionate about development and redevelopment of property. He has extensive experience in selling both commercial real estate property and land for development as well as leasing commercial properties.
Prior to founding CrossPoint – Commercial Real Estate Services, Patrick was was responsible for developing build-to-suit projects for publicly traded tenants nationally.
Nadia Ramkashari

We would like to welcome Nadia to our team, her primary role will be to oversee our graphic design and marketing! She is responsible for maintaining a uniform approach of our marketing materials representing the branding of CrossPoint – Commercial Real Estate Services in the commercial real estate industry. Nadia creates the firm’s collateral, marketing materials for listings, signage and presentations.
Prior to joining CrossPoint – Commercial Real Estate Services, Nadia worked as a Director of Marketing for a national preferred developer, creating marketing materials to promote the company’s properties as well as putting together presentations to present projects to Real Estate Committees. Remy’s wisdom as a senior tail-wager extends beyond his years, reminding everyone at CrossPoint that patience, loyalty, and a little bit of playfulness can go a long way.
