Because of these highly proficient networks, it allows Patrick to work seamlessly for various organizations. Over the years, Patrick has worked on projects from Oregon to Pennsylvania and the land in between. Patrick is most passionate about development and redevelopment of property. He has extensive experience in selling both commercial real estate property and land for development as well as leasing commercial properties.

Prior to founding CrossPoint – Commercial Real Estate Services, Patrick went to work for a Texas based firm where he was responsible for developing build-to-suit projects for national tenants.
